Over 20 years ago, I decided to change careers.  I decided to take my passion of teaching and transfer those same skills into a new career - selling real estate.  The most important skills of successful teachers are also the most important skills of successful realtors - the ability to listen, communicate, and pay attention to details.  I believe my job is to give both Buyers and Sellers the education and knowledge needed for them to make informed decisions.

5 years ago I had the pleasure of having my son, Josh Yeddis, join me in the real estate realm to form one of the top real estate teams in the state.  After graduating from American University in Washington, D.C., Josh worked in commercial real estate leasing retail space before moving to the residential side to begin growing stronger client and personal relationships.  Together we are proud to provide our high level of customer service and professionalism to our clients.  We pride ourselves on servicing our clients' needs on a personal basis, knowing that we will be hands-on through every aspect of their transaction.

A major share of our business each year is relocation.  Since moving to a new city is full of choices and decisions, we try to help our clients simplify these decisions.  By first exploring neighborhoods and then houses, we strive to find a home that meets the family's needs in every way.  For many families, we are their first contact in the Denver area, and we are much more than just their realtor.  Together we strive to help with all aspects of relocation - from schools and neighborhoods to doctors and dry cleaners!
